How long does it take to receive my paddle?

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping takes 5-7 days via USPS or FedEx. Expedited shipping is available but also requires 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed over the weekend ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. During high-volume periods, delivery may be delayed. 

Only FedEx Overnight and USPS Priority Express are money-back guaranteed if late.  USPS Priority, and FedEx 2-day to not have a money-back guarantee if they arrive later than expected.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the delivery date. If your purchase isn’t right, return it for a full refund or exchange it. Access our Return Portal to start the process.

For Paddles, feel free to play with them to make sure they improve your game and fit your style of play.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. You can click on that tracking number to track your order with the carrier.
